# Terms of Use for Badminton Coach Pro

## Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Badminton Coach Pro (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Badminton Coach Pro ("we," "us," or "our").

## Subscription and Payments
### CoachPro Plus Subscription
**Subscription Details**
- **Price**: $49.99 per month (USD)
- **Billing**: Charged monthly to your Apple Account
- **Renewal**: Automatically renews unless cancelled
- **Includes**: 1 team with unlimited players, AI training plans, advanced analytics
**Free Trial**
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled before trial ends
- Only one trial per user/account
**Cancellation**
- Cancel anytime through your Apple Account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Access to features continues until subscription expires
### Extra Team Slots
**Purchase Details**
- **Price**: $49.99 per slot (USD, one-time payment)
- **Type**: Non-consumable (permanent unlock tied to your Apple Account)
- **Maximum**: Up to 9 extra slots (10 teams total)
- **Requirement**: Active CoachPro Plus subscription required to use extra team slots
**Important Notes**
- Extra team slots are permanent purchases but require an active subscription to use
- If your subscription expires, extra team slots remain on your account but teams become inaccessible
- Extra teams become accessible again when you resubscribe
### Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Prices may vary by region due to currency conversion
- Apple's terms and conditions apply to all transactions
- We do not have access to your payment information
### Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
- Generally, refunds are available within 90 days of purchase
- Request refunds through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com
- We reserve the right to refuse service for refund abuse
### Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices
- Price changes for existing subscribers require 30 days notice
- Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance
- You may cancel before the price change takes effect

- Create backups and ensure data availability
This license ends when you delete your data or close your account.
### Data Backup
- We are not responsible for data loss
- We recommend regularly backing up your data (iCloud sync recommended)

- In case of service issues, we will attempt to restore data but cannot guarantee success
### Data Deletion
- You can delete your data at any time within the App
- Deleted data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days

- Poor performance or outcomes from using AI recommendations
- Errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions in AI content
